Meet Kate and SilasHello! We are Kate and Silas. We are a husband and wife team who founded and run little Brooklyn playschool together. We are the teachers and administrators of the program. We have operated Little Brooklyn Playschool since 2010.
A little about us: Kate owns/operates Brooklyn Stitch Studio with a sewing studio in Gowanus for ages 9+ and sewing camps for younger kids. You can follow her work on Instagram @brooklynstitchstudio and @moderndollstudio. Silas runs a CPR/First Aid training business. He trains teachers and childcare providers throughout the city at no cost through a state sponsored scholarship program. We are long term Carroll Garden residents and the parents of three .We host little Brooklyn playschool in a dedicated space of our private home. |
